I am a dedicated C-level leader with extensive expertise in biopharmaceuticals, corporate communications, organizational strategy, and leadership. Over the past decade, I served as Chief People and Communications Officer at Sutro Biopharma, a pioneering clinical-stage oncology company, where I provided strategic direction on organizational design, talent management, and coaching, total rewards, learning and development, company culture, employee experience, and corporate branding.

I have held key leadership roles at Genentech and Gilead, spanning discovery through commercialization. I led HR, investor relations, and the corporate communications functions, contributed as a senior management team member, and actively participated in all board meetings, including moderating compensation and board committee discussions. As Vice President of HR and Corporate Communications at Gilead, I oversaw these functions alongside other operational areas. Earlier in my career, I served as Director of Investor Relations and HR at Genentech.
Beyond corporate leadership, I have a proven track record of providing advisory services to biopharma companies. I serve on a variety of non-profit boards with the philosophy of making a difference.
